India’s campaign at the ITT World Cup 2025 Macao, China ended in the group stage on Wednesday.
Sreeja Akula lost in straight sets 8-11, 6-11, 9-11, 8-11 to World No.13 Bernadette Szocs of Romania in her final group stage match.
Her compatriot Manika Batra lost 11-13, 8-11, 4-11, 12-10 to Bruna Takahashi of Brazil.
Akula started the campaign with a win against Australian paddler Constantina Psihogios.
