Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor Punjab & Administrator UT Chandigarh, Rajeev Verma, Adviser to Administrator and Olympics Gold medallist Abhinav Bindra were present on the occasion.

The Huelva native made the journey on a white horse, while she handed out greetings and smiles to the children in attendance.
