Hours before the IPL 2025 clash between SunRisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants on Thursday, police officials have released a list of items that are prohibited from the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Uppal, Hyderabad where Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 matches are being held.

Water bottles, selfie sticks, backpack bags, earphones are among the 12 items prohibited from the stadium.

The prohibited items are eatables; cameras and other recording instruments; water bottles, alcohol & beverages; pets & animals; firecrackers; helmets & binoculars; laptops & selfie sticks; cigarettes, lighter & match box; guns, knives & other weapons; backpacks & handbags, drugs, as per the Rachakonda police.

“Bringing prohibited items is at your own risk as there is no cloakroom available for storage,” as per a communication from Rachakonda police.

Eight more matches are scheduled to take place in Hyderabad. SunRisers Hyderabad will play against various teams in six matches, followed by the Qualifier 1 and Eliminator, which are scheduled for May 20 and 21 respectively.
